The 3D printing community is great when it comes to assembly and troubleshooting videos, blogs etc. Have a look to see if you can find a video that helps, or alternatively drop us an email at info@3dmeta.com.au and we’ll be happy to assist.

Bed leveling can differ slightly from printer to printer, always look online first as the 3D printing community has a lot of resources available and will often have a video addressing this issue. Alternatively drop us an email at info@3dmeta.com.au and we’ll be happy to assist.

This issue is almost always caused by either an unlevel bed or the nozzle being to far from the bed. We suggest releveling your bed, adjusting your nozzle height (aka Z off set) and also cleaning your print surface, ideally with IPA (isopropyl alcohol).

This can be caused by a couple of issues. We suggest firstly filtering your resin back into the bottle, removing any lumps. Releveling and cleaning your build plate. Cleaning your vat and FEP sheet as well as inspecting your FEP sheet for any damage.

Shipping

Yes, we charge shipping for all orders under $149, for orders above $149 we offer free standard shipping.

Currently we ship Australia wide via the website, we are looking at changing this soon to include international shipping. We can ship internationally but you will need to contact us directly at info@3dmeta.com.au

You will be sent tracking information when your order has been shipped, if you didn’t or can’t find it, please contact us at info@3dmeta.com.au and we’ll send you this information.

We ship our orders with either Australia Post, Sendle or Couriers Please, for express shipping we offer Australia Post’s Express Post service. Services can be selected at checkout.
