Description
Description:
3D META’s PETG+ 3D printing filament is produced with high quality, specially modified polyethylene terephthalate glycol (PETG) material. Like our PETG, PETG+ is low warping and non-cracking, but has the added advantage of lower print and bed temperatures. This makes for an easier to print filament than standard PETG while still maintaining a high strength and high heat resistance.
PETG/PETG+ is best described as offering the strength of ABS with the easy printability of PLA, 3D META’s PETG+ is available in a wide range of colours and is suitable for a range of applications.
Key Features:
- Manufactured with high quality materials.
- ABS strength with PLA printability.
- Exceptional bed and layer adhesion.
- Low warping and non-cracking.
- Manufactured under strict QA procedures.
- Consistent, reliable, easy to print with filament.

Applications:
Due to its overall strength, easy printability and wide range of colours, PETG+ can be used for a range of applications. It’s most commonly used for prototyping or function part that require high strength.
PETG/PETG+ does also have better UV resistance that PLA and can be used for parts that are outdoors.
Storage and Drying:
To prevent moisture absorption, it is recommended to keep your filament in a cool, dark, dry area, preferable sealed in an airtight bag.
Filament can be dried with various methods including a dedicated filament drying machine, food dehydrator, oven, or even your printer if it’s fully enclosed. For PETG and PETG+ filaments we recommend a drying temperature of 70℃ for a minimum of 5 hours.
